The Digital is our most popular package. For $950, you receive seven hours of shooting time to document your wedding preparations, the ceremony and reception. It also includes a sitting at our home studio for an engagement announcement photo. An average wedding generates more than 500 photos, to be delivered on your choice of CD or DVD. The disk files include high-resolution images sized to print well at the vendor of your choice, low-resolution copies that are easy to send attached to emails and a copyright release to print from the disk(s). These are all you need to print images for an album. Disk copies of your wedding photos make nice gifts for family members and friends. Ordered at the time of the wedding, extra disk sets are $25 each ($35 if ordered later). The Digital package also includes a DVD slide show of your special day. We will match your photos to a musical score of 30-35 minutes for a show you will enjoy again and again. Provide us with a CD copy of the wedding day songs you would like for the show, or we can select appropriate music from our personal library. Extra copies are $25 each ($35 if ordered later).
All of the following packages include the same seven hours of shooting time and engagement photo of the digital package. They also include an online proof book posted to a password-protected Web site. There you can select the images that will appear in your photo book or album.
The Basic Wedding Book package, for $800, comes with a 26-page hard cover photo book containing your choice of at least 50 photos from your wedding day. The pages of this 10-by-8-inch book are archival photo print paper, just as if you were buying prints from the lab.
The Wedding Book Plus package, for $850, comes with a 50-page hard cover photo book containing your choice of at least 100 photos from your wedding day. The pages of this 10-by-8-inch book are archival photo print paper, just as if you were buying prints from the lab.
You can upgrade either Wedding Book package to a 12-by-8-inch book for just $30.
Conventional proof books also are available for $290. A rose-embossed Topflight proof album, made from the finest archival materials, will hold up to 420 4x6 prints in a ring binder. The cover and pages are available in black or white. The price can vary, depending on the total number of proof photos. But keep in mind that with the online electronic proof book, a conventional proof book is very much optional.
We also can assemble a custom package that meets your personal needs.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date open. Because we often have multiple requests for the same date, the deposit needs to reach us within a week of you notifying us of your intent. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will return to you a letter verifying the reservation and specifying what services you can expect. The remainder is due by the rehearsal day. Additional fees for extra CD/DVDs or albums are due at the time the order is placed.

NO-CHARGE EXTRAS
We're often asked by wedding guests if there is a way they can view the photos we shoot and possibly buy copies. There is. We'd be happy to provide to you business cards with the Web address and password for your wedding. This allows you to control who gets to see your pictures. We offer this service as a no-charge thank-you for choosing Pat Hendrick Photography to document your wedding.
Another extra is stopping by to observe your rehearsal. We find this is a good way to prepare for the next day. It also often provides opportunities for some nice candid photos. Many studios will charge extra for this. We don't. We consider the time spent essential preparation for the next day.
OTHER POSSIBILITIES
Small weddings start at $420: We're often asked if we will shoot less than the full wedding package. We can. The basic package for a small wedding includes two hours of shooting time and delivery of your photos on your choice of CD or DVD.
What if it takes longer? Seven hours for a full wedding and two hours for a shorter event are times we find most often are right on target. But that doesn't mean we walk out at the witching hour. We'll stay as long as you need us. The rate for extra time is $70 per hour.
